The musculus latissimus dorsi flap and the transverse hypogastric flap (TRAM flap = transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneus flap) are most frequently used.
The vertical hypogastric flap (VRAM flap = vertical rectus abdominis myocutaneus flap) and the contralateral epigastric flap are only mentioned to complete the treatment methods, but are no longer routinely used and only serve as an alternative procedure in special cases.
